How quickly can a caretaker be arranged?
Usually within 2 hours for weekend bookings. If it's urgent and same-day, message us on WhatsApp directly and we'll see what we can do.
Are your caretakers trained?
Yes. Every caretaker is police-verified, trained for elder care, and meets our team in person before their first visit.
Can I book for outside South Bangalore?
Right now we cover RR Nagar, Vijayanagar, Banashankari, and Kanakapura Road. Just outside one of these? WhatsApp us — we're adding areas as we grow.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel from your dashboard up to 4 hours before the visit and there's no charge. Closer than that, a partial fee may apply since a caretaker's already been assigned.
