A trained ElderLink caretaker picks them up at home, handles registration and the queue, sits with them through the consultation, and brings them back safely. You get updates while it's happening, not just a summary afterwards.

What happens if the appointment runs over?
Caretakers stay for the whole appointment. This booking is capped at 4 hours — if you think it'll run longer, message us first and we'll work something out.
Do I need to be there too?
No — that's the point. You can be at work, in another city, or anywhere else, and still get photo updates from the visit.
